Dear Diary-

I LOVE MY LIFE!!! I went to Connor’s Dad’s for dinner, which was yummy. The best part was getting to watch a movie ALONE in his room. We had to leave the door cracked, but still, we had privacy. We would have never had that at my house. The door would have been wide open if we would have even been able to be in my room alone. He let me pick the movie, so I picked one of my faves – Batman Forever – love me a good comic book movie! Of course….we really didn’t watch a whole lot of the movie. We spent most of our time making out. I love kissing Connor… it’s like….SO PERFECT!

Dear Diary-

These last 2 days have taken forever. I couldn’t wait to go to the lake with Connor. I talked to Kelly….she wasn’t quite as happy as I thought she would be. I think she’s just jealous, but she fed me some kind of story about I shouldn’t talk to Connor because he was at the party with Addison. WHATEVER!!!!! He obviously didn’t like her that much if he started talking to me, and calling me….and asking me to go to the lake. The lake was AMAZING by the way. We had so much fun.. When he picked me up I was wearing my cute little plaid shorts with my favorite pink tank top. I couldn’t help but smile when he told me I looked beautiful. I know my face had to have turned red because it ALWAYS does!!! His dad and step mom were super nice. We spent most of our time in the water away from them though, which was a good thing. We kind of hid in the water behind the dock and he kissed me. It was the most AMAZING kiss…you might even call it electric. It definitely gave me butterflies, and I think I’ve probably had a stupid grin on my face ever since. We held hands all the way home, and he walked me to the door where he snuck in a little peck on the cheek since Mom and Dad could see us. I got home just in time for dinner. After I finished eating I was so tired, but I didn’t want to fall asleep yet because Connor promised he would call me before he went to bed. So here I am – writing all about my day….my AMAZING DAY!!!! Oooo…. I hear the phone ringing. Hopefully it’s him.  It was, he was just calling to tell me good night and see if I can come over tomorrow for dinner. Looks like I have to talk to Mom again tomorrow….well I need my beauty sleep. Hopefully it’s full of sweet dreams about Connor!!!! Good night!!!

Dear Diary-

CONNOR CALLED!!! I just got off the phone with him. I can’t believe he actually remembered my number. His deep voice sounds so dreamy over the phone. We talked for over an hour, but it’s like a blur…I honestly don’t remember everything we talked about. School, music, TV….what we like to do for fun…. Oh….he did ask me if I can go to the lake with him and his dad and step mom!!! I haven’t asked mom yet, but I’m sure she’ll say yes. I’ll probably get the whole “We have to meet him first” speech, but whatever. I don’t know why parents have to do that….it’s so awkward, but there’s no way around it! I can’t wait to tell Kelly!!! She’s going to be so happy for me. By the time we got off the phone it was too late to call her house, but she will definitely be my first phone call tomorrow! I am so excited. What am I going to wear???? Oooo…I think I’ll work on my tan some more tomorrow. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to sleep tonight, but I have to try. Maybe I’ll dream of Connor….Good Night – Sweet Dreams!!!

Dear Diary-

School is finally OUT and summer is HERE!!!! I am no longer just a little freshman anymore. I have my learners’ permit, I’ll get my license soon and my hair has finally grown out. THANK GOODNESS…I seriously never thought this day would come.  Sooo…I’m kind of excited… I met a guy today! at Jasmine’s pool party!!! Of course Daddy tried to ruin it before I could even leave the house. Mom’s out of town and here I was ready to go – my sunkissed hair hanging long down my back, my cute black bikini with my matching tropical print sarong,, chic sunglasses and flip flops. I hear the horn honk and pop my head in to say bye to Dad and go hop in the car with Kelly and her older sister (she’s the only one with a license) and he FLIPS OUT and tells me to go put some clothes on.. Ummmmm HELLO!!!! I was going to a pool party. I was literally getting out of the car and heading straight for the pool, but whatever. I sprinted for my room, tossed on a tank top and shorts and made a bee-line for the door before he could say anything else. So, anyway…the guy - I hopped out of the car and there he was  - tall, dark and handsome with gorgeous curls, a 1000-watt smile and mesmerizing baby blue eyes, his name is Connor. He just moved in with his dad and he’ll be starting school with us in the fall. He’s a year older than me, he has his license., but he doesn’t have a car. There’s only one problem… he was at the party with Addison (UUUUhhhhh I know… yes Addison - that girl at school with a belly button ring). Didn’t really matter though, when she went inside to use the bathroom he came right over and started talking to me!!!! I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’m so used to all the guys at school drooling over the popular girls like Jessica, Dee Dee or Kristen with their gorgeous hair and silly, annoying, little giggly laughs. Not this time though, Connor talked to ME! We’ll see what happens though. Supposedly him and Addison are just TALKING. (We all know talking is just code for trying things out, but we’re not officially dating just in case something better comes along.) He got my number, but he didn’t write it down. He claims he’s good with numbers and he won’t forget. I really hope he calls – FINGERS CROSSED!!! Well Good Night!
